肿瘤类器官的研究进展及应用

摘    要:肿瘤类器官(PDO)是利用基质胶或者生物材料将病人来源的肿瘤组织进行三维培养后建成的体外肿瘤组织。近十多年来PDO迅速发展,作为新型体外肿瘤研究模型,它能更好地保持人肿瘤细胞的遗传特性,真实还原肿瘤的高度异质性以及模拟体内肿瘤微环境。本文就肿瘤类器官研究现状、在肿瘤研究领域的应用及目前存在的问题等方面进行综述,为后续研究提供参考。

Abstract:Patient-derived organoids (PDO) are multicellular in vitro structures established by three-dimensional culture of tumor tissues from patients. In the last decade, PDO has developed rapidly. As a novel in vitro research model, PDO accurately represent the genetics of their original tumors, maintain tumoral biological heterogeneity and reproduce key aspects of the tumor microenvironment. Here, the current status and application of PDO in the field of tumor research and existing problems are summarized, providing reference for future research.
