| 摘 要： | 随着信息技术的发展，远程教育越来越受到高校的重视，对于远程教育的关键问题是什么，众说纷纭。本文从远程教育的教学方式、定位及产业化特点三个方面入手，论证了服务是远程教育的核心；同时，对如何提高服务质量提出了一些看法。

| Abstract: | With the development of information technology, colleges and universities are paying more and more attention to distance education. There are various views about what is the key to distance education. This article expounds and proves that service is the core of distance education by discussing teaching methods, orientation and industrialization characteristics of distance education, and puts forward new views about how to improve the quality of service. |
