| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨鼻内镜手术治疗非侵袭性真菌性鼻窦炎的方法和疗效。方法：回顾性分析32例非侵袭性真菌性鼻窦炎行鼻内镜手术并辅以术后鼻内镜随访、换药、治疗的临床资料。结果：随访3个月～1年，30例一期痊愈，2例二期痊愈（其中1例再次手术）。结论：鼻内镜手术是治疗非侵袭性真菌性鼻窦炎的有效手段．疗效及预后的关键在于窦口开放程度、病灶清除彻底程度、引流通畅与否。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the method and efficacy of nasal endoscopic surgery in noninvasive fungal sinusitis. Methods:We retrospectively analyzed the clinical data in 32 patients who underwent nasal endoscopic surgery because of noninvasive fungal sinusitis between March 2003 and December 2006.Results:Follow-up of 3 months to 1 year showed that 30 patients were cured in the first intention.The other 2 patients were cured in the second intention,and one of them underwent the surgery again. Conclusion:Nasal endoscopic surgery is an effective way to treat noninvasive fungal sinusitis and its efficacy varies with sinus width,focus clearance and drainage. |
