降脂口服液治疗原发性高脂血症疗效观察

观察了降脂口服液治疗333例原发性高脂血症患者的疗效,并与口服维生素E进行比较。结果:用药12周时治疗组血清胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、动脉硬化指数(TC-HDL-ch/HDL-ch)下降及高密度脂蛋白-胆固醇(HDL-ch)上升值,与服药前相比,均有非常显著性差异(P<0.001),而且疗效至少维持4周。各项显效与总有效率分别在59%与92%以上,除HDL-ch外,其余项疗效均明显优于对照组。服药期间无明显毒、副反应。

Clinical Study on Jiangzhi Koufu Ye in Treating Essential Hyperlipemia

The effect of Jiangzhi Koufu Ye (JZKFY) for serum lipid was verified. 333 patients were treatedwith JZKFY as treated group, while those with vitamin E as control. It was found that JZKFY wasable to lower TC, TG, TC-HDL-ch/HDL-ch and raise HDL-ch very significantly (P< 0.001) after14 weeks and the effect were maintained at least 4 weeks. The marked effective and the totaleffective rate were 59% and 92% respectively. Except for HDL-ch, all other indexes were better thanthe control. No obvious side effects were found.
