| 摘 要： | 目的评价99Tcm-OctreotideSPECT眼眶断层显像在甲状腺相关性眼病(Thyroidas-sociatedOphthalmopathyTAO)活动度评判断中的意义。方法静脉注射99Tcm-Octreotide后SPECT断层显像,计算眼眶与枕叶感兴趣区的放射性计数比值。结果眼眶与枕叶感兴趣区的放射性计数比值与临床评分标准呈线性正相关。结论99Tcm-OctreotideSPECT眼眶断层显像能更客观准确地评判甲状腺相关性眼病活动度,对突眼的临床治疗有指导意义。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate 99Tcm-Octreotide orbital SPECT scan in thyroid associated oph- thalmopathy (TAO) active degree judgement. Methods 32 patients with TAO and 8 control subjects were included in this prospective study. 99Tcm-Octreotide was intravenously injected and images were obtained at 2 hour after injection. The scans were analyzed by a region of interest technique.An uptake ratio between the orbits and brain was determined. Results There was a linear positive regressive relativity between the ratio and clinical score. Conclusion More objective and accurate conclusion can be received by 99Tcm-Octreotide orbital SPECT scan being performed in TAO active degree judgement. |
