| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨严重创伤患儿急救及护理特点。方法：分析66例严重创伤患儿的急救措施,护理效果,总结其经验。结果：66例患儿有2例由于来院时间太晚救治无效而死亡,其余64例康复出院,抢救成功率96．97%。结论：优化的护理程序和护理人员分工合作,快速的抢救是成功的关键,及时、正确、有效的救护是成功的保证。

| Abstract: | Objective:Probe into the way of emergency for serious injury children and its nursing charaters.Method:Emergency measures and nursing effect for 66 cases serious injury children were analysed.Result:64 children were cured and left hospital(96.97 percent),the rest were died.Conclusion:Optimizing progression of emergency care,allocating care staff reasonably,dividing labour and join,care actively and initia- tively,all of these methods are heopful for elevating rescue ratio of children with serious injury.Furthermore,its can ensure success of rescue for childrens with serious injury. |
