中药足浴对糖尿病足疗效的影响

目的探讨中药足浴对糖尿病足的治疗效果。方法选取我院收治的糖尿病足患者88例作为临床研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各44例。对照组患者采用常规内科治疗加温水足浴,观察组患者采用常规内科治疗加中药足浴。比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率为88.64%,明显高于对照组患者的70.45%,比较结果具有显著差异性(P0.05)。结论中药足浴对糖尿病足具有良好的治疗效果,值得临床推广使用。

Effect of Chinese Medicine Foot Bath on Diabetic Foot

Objective To explore the thereaprutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine foot bath in the treatment of diabetic foot. Methods 88 patients with diabetic foot were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 44 cases in each group. The control group used routine treatment of warm water foot bath. The observation group was treated with conventional medical treatment and Chinese medicine foot bath. The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 70. 45%, which was significantly higher than 70. 455 of the control group ( P <0. 05 ) . Conclusions Chinese medicine foot bath on diabetic foot has a good therapeutic effect, and is worthy of clinical use.
