中医护理方案对骨质疏松症患者生活质量的影响

目的探讨中医护理方案对骨质疏松症患者生活质量的影响。方法选择70例骨质疏松症患者,采用分层随机的方法,分为实验组和对照组,在患者入院时及出院前,分别采用SF-36健康调查量表对其生活质量进行评估。结果实施常规护理与中医护理方案前,两组病人生活质量不存在差异,无统计学意义;对照组实施常规护理后,该组患者的生活质量有所提高,但是实验组患者实施干预后生活质量提高更明显,骨质疏松症患者在总体健康感觉(GH)、躯体功能(PF)、躯体角色功能(RP)、情感功能(RE)、躯体疼痛(BP)、心理健康(MH)、精力(VT)方面得分均较对照组提高,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论常规护理与中医护理方案对骨质疏松症患者的生活质量提高均有效。"骨质疏松症中医护理方案"临床应用不仅对开展中医临床护理工作起到很好的指导作用,而且使得中医护理技术在临床得到了切实的应用。针对骨质疏松症的不同症状和证候实施有针对性的中医护理措施,使骨质疏松症患者的生活质量显著提高,说明在对骨质疏松患者进行积极的对症治疗的同时,实施中医护理方案非常必要。

The Influence of TCM Nursing on the Quality of Life of Patients with Osteoporosis

Objective To evaluate the influence of TCM nursing on the quality of life of patients with osteoporosis. Methods 70 patients with osteoporosis were included in this study, and they were randomized into experimental group and control group. The SF-36 was used to collect data at admission and before discharge, and then the quality of life in these patients was assessed. Results Before application of the routine nursing care and TCM nursing care, there were no significant statistical difference between the two groups about quality of life. After the control group received routine care, their quality of life were slightly improved. The experiment group improved more on SF-36 score after the intervention with TCM nursing care. Those patients with osteoporosis received TCM nursing care got higher scores on General Health, Physical Functioning, Role-Physical, Role-Emotional, Bodily Pain, Mental Health, Vitality respectively, and there was statiscal significance compared to the control group(P<0. 05). Conclusions Both routine care and TCM nursing care can improve the quality of life of patients with osteoporosis. The clinical application of TCM nursing care protocol plays a good role in guidance of clinical nursing performance, and helps the technology been effectively used. For the different symptoms and syndromes of patients with osteoporosis, giving them the best nursing protocol, and then improving the quality of their life, it is critically necessary to use TCM nursing care.
