多层螺旋CT多期扫描对透明细胞肾癌的诊断价值

目的:探讨透明细胞肾癌的螺旋 CT 三期扫描表现及 CT 分期的价值。方法:对14例经手术病理证实的透明细胞肾癌患者 CT 三期扫描图像进行分析。结果:CT 平扫混杂密度12例,等密度者2例;增强扫描2例强化峰值80.94 Hu;12例强化峰值>105 Hu;患者皮髓交界早期强化程度明显高于肾实质期(P<0.01);CT分期与病理分期相比,具有较高的准确率。结论:螺旋 CT 三期扫描可对透明细胞肾癌作出明确诊断,CT 分期对术前方案制定有一定指导意义。

The diagnostic value of multi-phase scan in clear cell renal cancer and its CT staging

Objective:To investigate the diagnostic value of the three phases spiral CT scan manifestation and its value in CT staging in clear cell renal carcinoma. Methods:The images of three phases CT scan in 14 patients with clear cell renal carcinoma confirmed by surgery pathology were analyzed. Results:CT scan mixed density in 12 cases and isodensity in 2 cases were found. The improved peak of enhanced scan in 2 cases and 14 cases were 80 to 94 and more than 105 Hu,respectively. Early intensive degree of corticomedullary was significantly higher than that in renal parenchyma(P<0. 01). Compared with the pathological staging,the accuracy of CT staging was high. Conclusions:Three phases spiral CT scan can clearly diagnose the clear cell renal carcinoma, which has certain guiding significance in formulating the preoperative scheme.
