自拟中药外洗方治疗鹅掌风36例

目的探讨自拟中药外洗方治疗鹅掌风的临床疗效。方法符合鹅掌风诊断患者36例,全部外用自拟中药外洗方治疗,根据皮损类型水疱型、糜烂型、鳞屑型、角化增厚型辨证加减,判定治疗效果。结果观察36例中,临床治愈28例(77.8%),好转6例(16.7%),无效2例(5.5%)。总有效率为94.4%。均未发现明显的不良反应。结论自拟中药外洗方是治疗鹅掌风的有效、安全方法。

Clinical Observation on External Application of Chinese Medicine Self-designed Lotion in the Treatment of Tinea Manuum for 36 Cases

Objective To investigate the clinical effects of external application of Chinese medicine self-designed lotion in the treatment of tinea manuum. Methods 36 patients with tinea manuum were treated by modified external application of Chinese medicine self-designed lotion according to the type of skin lesions, blister type, erosive type, scales type and cutinization thickening type, and the therapeutic effect was determined. Results In the 36 cases, 28 cases (77. 8%) were cured, 6 cases (16. 7%) were effective, but 2cases (5. 5%) were ineffective. Therefore, the total effective rate reached 94. 4%. There were no significant adverse reactions. Conclusion The external application of Chinese medicine self-designed lotion in the treatment of tinea manuum is effective and safe.
