带状疱疹患者的治疗及护理体会

目的本临床观察通过分析带状疱疹的病因病机,突出本病对于患者生活的影响,进而应用治疗及综合护理提高患者的生活质量。方法通过对本院的60例带状疱疹患者的临床观察,随机将入选的患者分为对照组和治疗组各30例,治疗组采用综合护理指导和常规疗法,对照组采用常规护理和常规治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果经过2个疗程后,治疗组的有效率为90.00%,对照组的有效率为73.33%,治疗组明显高于对照组,两组比较具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论综合护理联合普通疗法,可以有效改善患者症状,提高患者的生活质量。

The Treatment and Nursing Experience of Herpes Zoster Patients

Objective Through the analysis on the etiology and pathogenesis of herpes zoster, to highlight the influence on patients with the disease, and to improve the patient’ s quality of life by application of comprehensive treatment and nursing care. Methods 60 cases of patients with herpes zoster in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, and each group had 30 cases. The treatment group used comprehensive nursing instruction and conventional therapy. The control group used conventional care and regular treatment. The change of clinical curative effect of the two groups was compared. Results After 2 courses of treatment, the effective rate of the experimental group was 90. 00%, the effective rate of the control group was 73. 33%, the effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant ( P < 0. 05 ) . Conclusion The comprehensive nursing combined general therapy can effectively improve symptoms and quality of life.
