| 摘 要： | 目的为了提高反复发作性痤疮的治疗效果,采用中药汤剂配合西药治疗。方法通过中药汤剂配合西药的使用方法,并设治疗组和对照组进行了疗效对比观察,治疗结束后每月随访跟踪。结果治疗组有效率97.37%,对照组有效率81.82%。治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组。结论中药汤剂配合使用西药治疗痤疮比单独使用西药治疗效果更好,其治愈率提高16%。

| Abstract: | Objective To improve the therapeutic effect of Chinese medicine decoction combined with Western medicine in the treatment of recurrent acne. Methods Through the combination of Chinese medicine decoction and Western medicine, and the treatment group and the control group were set up to observe and compare the effect. After the end of treatment, patients were followed up monthly. Results The effective rate of the treatment group was 97. 37%, and the effective rate of the control group was 81. 82%. The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group. Conclusion Chinese medicine decoction combined with Western medicine in the treatment of acne is better than western medicine, and the cure rate increased by 16%. |
