中西医结合治疗肝炎后肝硬化腹水临床观察

目的探讨中西医结合治疗肝炎后肝硬化腹水临床应用效果。方法对照组给予临床常规西医治疗,研究组在常规西医治疗基础上加用中医药物,记录两组肝炎后肝硬化腹水患者临床治疗效果,经统计学检验后获得结论。结果两组肝炎后肝硬化腹水患者经上述相应方法治疗后,研究组临床治疗总有效率高达91.11%,对照组临床治疗总有效率仅为71.11%,对比结果具有统计学意义(P0.05),提示研究组临床疗效优于对照组。结论对肝炎后肝硬化腹水患者给予中西医结合治疗可显著提高其疗效,有利于保障患者生活质量及生命安全。

Observation on the Clinical Effect of Therapy of Integrated Medicine in the Treatment of Post Hepatitis Cirrhosis Ascites

Objective o Ddiscuss the clinical application effect of on therapy of integrated medicine in the treatment of liver cirrhosis with ascites. Methods The control group received routine therapy of conventional Western medicine. The study group used Chinese medicine on the basis of the control group. The clinical effect of the two groups was recorded, and conclusion was obtained after statistical test. Results After corresponding treatment, the clinical total effective rate of the study group was up to 91. 11%, the clinical total effective rate of the control group was only 71. 11%, and the difference was statistically significant ( P<0. 05 ) . The clinical total effective rate of the study group was better than that of the control group. Conclusion The therapy of integrated medicine in the treatment of liver cirrhosis with ascites can significantly improve the effect, and is conducive to the protection of patients’ quality of life and life safety.
