| 摘 要： | 目的探讨治疗股外侧皮神经炎的最佳治疗方法。方法随机将36例股外侧皮神经炎患者分为治疗组18例和对照组18例。治疗组采用梅花针叩刺联合针刺治疗和拔罐疗法进行治疗,对照组采取针刺治疗配合拔罐疗法的治疗方法。结果治疗组和对照组均改善了股外侧皮神经炎的症状,但治疗组的疗效更优于对照组(P0.05)。结论梅花针叩刺联合针刺治疗和拔罐疗法的综合疗法更有益于股外侧皮神经炎的治疗。

Comprehensive Therapy in Treating the Lateral Femoral Cutaneous Neuritis |

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the best treatment method on lateral femoral cutaneous neuritis. Method 36 cases lateral femoral cutaneous neuritis patients were randomly divided into treatment group of 18 cases and control group of 18 cases. The treatment group was treated with plum-blossom needle tapping treated with acupuncture therapy and cupping therapy. The control group was treated with acupuncture with cupping therapy. Result The treatment group and control group were improved the symptoms of lateral femoral cutaneous neuritis, but the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group (P<0. 05). Conclusion The comprehensive therapy of plum-blossom needle tapping with acupuncture therapy and cupping therapy is more beneficial to the treatment of lateral femoral cutaneous neuritis. |
