龙胆泻肝汤加减配合刺络拔罐治疗带状疱疹30例

目的观察龙胆泻肝汤加减内服配合刺络拔罐治疗带状疱疹的疗效。方法将60例患者随机分为两组,治疗组30例,应用龙胆泻肝汤加减内服配合刺络拔罐;对照组30例,应用西药阿昔洛韦抗病毒,芬必得止痛治疗。结果治疗组疗效优于对照组,统计学分析两组数据,P0.05,显示有显著性差异。结论龙胆泻肝汤加减内服配合刺络拔罐治疗带状疱疹,取得了良好的临床疗效。

Modified Longdan Xiegan Decoction combined with Pricking and Cupping in the Treatment of Herpes Zoster for 30 Cases

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of modified Longdan Xiegan decoction combined with pricking and cupping in the treatment of herpes zoster. Methods A total of 60 cases of patients with herpes zoster were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group of 30 cases was treated by Longdan Xiegan decoction combined with pricking and cupping. 30 cases in the control group used Western medicine antiviral acyclovir, Fenbid pain treatment. Results The curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group, the data of the two groups were statistically analyzed, P<0. 05, and there was significant difference. Conclusion The modified Longdan Xiegan decoction combined with pricking and cupping in the treatment of herpes zoster achieved good clinical effect.
