| 摘 要： | 目的：观察糖脉康颗粒治疗气阴两虚型2型糖尿病的疗效。方法：50例诊断为气阴两虚型2型糖尿病人服用糖脉康颗粒（由黄芪、生地、赤芍、丹参、牛膝、麦冬、黄精等药组成），3月为1疗程，观察治疗前后患者血糖、血脂和血液流变学的变化。结果：治疗前后患者血糖、血脂和血液流变学的水平差异有显著性意义（P＜0．05或P〈0．01）。结论：糖脉康颗粒治疗气阴两虚型2型糖尿病，有明显的降糖，调节血脂和降低血黏度的作用。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the effect of Tangmaikang granules on treatment of type 2 diabetes with deficiency of both Qi and Yin.
