| Abstract: | A new transperitoneal approach for retroperitoneal lymphadenectomy is presented. The abdominal incision resembles the letter omega, gives free access to both suprahilar renal areas and abdominal pelvis and provides solid repair of the abdominal wall. It may also be used for surgery on both kidneys and adrenals. |
