| 摘 要： | 目的探讨健康教育对药物治疗的精神分裂症患者自知力的影响。方法健康教育组和对照组于治疗前及治疗后的第4、B、12周分别用自知力评估量表(SAUMD)和简明精神病评定量表(BPRS)对自知力进行评定和比较。结果健康教育组治疗后的自知力恢复明显好于对照组，且治疗前后自知力评分有显著差异。自知力的评分还与精神症状的严重程度、文化水平及病程呈正相关。结论对精神分裂症患者进行健康教育，对自知力的恢复和疾病的康复有重要作用，促进患者早日回归社会。

| Abstract: | Objective The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of health education on the recovery of insight in schizophrenic patients.Method The insight of patients in health education and control groups was assessed by SAUMD and BPRS bdfore and 4,8,12 weeks after trentment.Result The recovery of insight of health education group was significantly different from control group after treatment.The insight scores was significantly related to major symptom, cultural level and disease course.Conclusion The health education for schizoprenic patients was important in recovering insight and illness and promoting patients go back to society early. |
