| 摘 要： | 目的：对多伞阿魏根成分进行了研究。方法：采用毛细管气相色谱和GC-MS-DS联用方法分析了多伞阿魏根的挥发油中的化学成分。结果：从分离出62个色谱峰中鉴定了34种成分，并测定了其相对含量。结论：多伞阿魏根的挥发油主要成分是：愈创木醇占79．2％，倍半萜占88．85％，聚硫烷类占3．02％，其他占0．45％。 |

| Abstract: | Objective: To study compositions of root of Ferula ferulaeoides korov. Methods: Compositions of volatile oil in root of Ferula ferulaeoides korov were analyzed by capillary gas chromatography GC MS DS combination. Results: 34 compositions were identified from 62 chromatographic peaks. Their relative contents were determined. Conclusion: The main component of volatile oil in root of Ferula ferulaeoides korov, 5 azulenemethanol is 79.2%, Sesquiterpene is 88.85%, Polysulfanes is 3.02% and others are 0.45%. |
