大批地震伤员分类管理方法与体会

通过对3103名地震伤员的现场分类管理，认为迅速启动应急预案、建立分类组织、明确分类人员职责、选择合理分类场所和佩戴分类标志可以充分发挥人力、物力资源，使需要急救的轻、重伤员各得所需，使急救和后送工作有条不紊地进行。现场将伤员分类后分别送至紧急救治组、延期治疗组、期待治疗组．采取收容分类、救治分类和后送分类3种基本形式，避免了伤员多而工作忙乱、救治效率低的问题，为地震灾害中成批伤员分类急救提供了一种程序、规范、高效的分类管理方法。
