| 摘 要： | 目的分析17例主诉间隙性跛行的老年人临床诊断和治疗过程。方法体格检查,影像学资料,疗效分析。结果老年人群产生间隙性跛行的重要原因之一是下肢带肌的慢性炎症。结论推拿和微波治疗对一定类型的间隙性跛行治疗有效。

| Abstract: | Objective Analyse process of diagnosis and treatment on 16the elderly which appeal intermittent clandication （charcot＇s syndrome）. Method Examine of physique, image information, analysis of treatment effect. Method Chronic inflammation of muscles of pelvic girdle is important factor. Conclusion Massage and m.icrowave therapy treatment for certain types of intermittent claudication. |
