不同封管方法对于小儿静脉留置针输液疗程的影响分析

目的探讨不同封管方法对于小儿静脉留置针输液疗程的影响。方法选取静脉留置针输液患儿90例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组45例,治疗组给予输液器内液体对小儿静脉留置针直接封管治疗,对照组给予注射器抽取生理盐水封管治疗。对两组的留置时间、堵管和静脉炎发生率进行比较。结果治疗组完成输液疗程率、平均留置时间、堵管率较对照组具有明显优势,差异具有统计学意义(P值均<0.05);两组静脉炎发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在小儿静脉留置针的应用中,输液器内液体直接风管治疗具有简单易行,患儿无痛苦的优点,临床治疗效果明显优于传统注射器抽取生理盐水封管治疗,值得临床推广运用。

Analysis on the Influence of Different Sealing Methods on the Infusion Treatment of Pediatric Intravenous Indwelling Needle

Objectives To observe the influence of different sealing methods on the infusion treatment of pediatric intravenous indwelling needle, in order to provide basis for clinical treatment. Methods 90 children with the infusion of venous indwelling needle were selected and divided into 2 groups randomLy, the treatment group and the control group, each for 45 cases. The treatment group was given the treatment of direct tube sealing of pediatric intravenous indwelling needle with infusion fluids, and the control group were given extraction of saline syringe tube sealing treatment. The retention time, tube plugging and the incidence of phlebitis of the 2 groups were compared. Results The complete transfusion treatment rate, the mean retention time and the tube plugging rate of the treatment group had significant advantages compared with the control group. And the difference had statistical significance （P〈0.05） . There was no statistical significance in the incidence of phlebitis between the 2 groups （P〉0.05） . Conclusions In the application of pediatric intravenous indwelling needle, the direct air duct treatment with infusion fluid has the advantages of simple, practicable, no pain on children, The clinical effect is better significantly than the traditional treatment of extraction of saline syringe tube sealing and it is worthy of clinical application .
