高频彩超诊断小儿肠系膜淋巴结炎的临床应用

目的探讨儿童急性肠系膜淋巴结炎临床特点和高频彩超诊断的价值。方法对156例诊断为肠系膜淋巴结炎患儿临床和经腹壁高频彩超探查结果进行分析。结果急性肠系膜淋巴结炎的超声检查表现为右中下腹及脐周探及数个大小不等的低回声椭圆形团块,边缘清晰,完整,内部回声均匀,长径与短径之比均>1.5,长径>1.0cm,横径>0.5cm。彩色多普勒血流图(CDFI)表现血流丰富,脉冲多谱勒血流频谱阻力指数(RI)>0.5。呈点、条状沿淋巴门分布。结论临床结合高频彩超能有效诊断肠系膜淋巴结炎。高频彩超准确性高,对肠系膜淋巴结炎诊断直观、安全、方便、可重复性好,可为临床提供可靠的诊断依据之一。

Clinical Application of High Frequency Color Doppler Ultrasonography in Diagnosis of Mesenteric Lymphnoditis of Children

Objective To investigate the clinical manifestation and diagnosis value of acute mesenteric lymphnoditis by high frequency color Doppler ultrasonography in children. Methods Clinical manifestations and results of ultrasonography in 156 children with mesenterie lymphnoditis were analyzed. Results Ultrasonographic examination denoted some irregular or elliptical and hypoechoic nodules with well-defined margin and homogeneous echo in fight lower abdomen. The ratioes of width to height ofthe nodules were〉1.5 （width〉1.5cm, height〉0.5cm） . Color Doppler flow imaging showed rich blood flow in the lesions with RI〉0.5, and distributed as punctiform and strip along the lymph. Conclusion High frequency color Doppler ultrasonography is reproductive, safe, easy and accurate, by combining clinical features, could make effective diagnosis of mesenterie lymphnoditis in children.
