论优质护理服务在骨科护理工作中的应用

目的探讨新形势下医院优质护理服务在骨科护理工作中的作用。方法对我科收治的600例患者分为两组,未实施优质护理服务组(300例)和实施优质护理服务组(300例)。对比两组患者满意度调查问卷和护理质量,了解提供优质护理服务前后患者的满意度情况。结果实施优质护理服务后的患者,其满意度有了显著提高(P<0.05)。结论优质的护理服务提高患者的满意度,在临床护理工作中值得推广应用。

Discussion of Quality Care in Orthopedic Care Application

Objective To investigate the role of hospital quality care in the new situation in the work of orthopedic care. Methods 600 patients admitted from were divided into two groups, not the implementation of quality care group （300 eases） and implementation of quality care group （300 eases） . Compared two groups of patient satisfaction questionnaire and quality of care, to understand the situation of patient satisfaction in the provision of quality care before and after. Results The implementation of the quality care of patients, their satisfaction was improved significantly （P〈0.05） . Conclusion The quality of care, improve patient satisfaction, should be widely applied in clinical care.
