美沙拉嗪联合云南白药灌肠对溃疡性结肠炎患者的临床研究

目的观察美沙拉嗪联合云南白药灌肠对溃疡性结肠炎(UC)的临床疗效。方法 42例UC患者随机分对照组和治疗组,每组21例,前组予美沙拉嗪,后组予美沙拉嗪联合云南白药保留灌肠,观察患者治疗前后临床症状,血清C反应蛋白(CRP)和肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α),以及结肠的病理变化。结果两组患者治疗后临床症状、血清CRP和TNF-α水平,以及结肠病理损伤均较治疗前均改善,治疗组疗效更佳,总有效率为95.23%,与对照组比较有统计学意义(76.2%,P<0.05)。结论美沙拉嗪联合云南白药保留灌肠对减轻UC患者的炎性反应,改善临床症状和肠道病理损伤疗效显著,该疗法值得临床推广。

Clinical Research of Mesalazine Combined with Yunnanbaiyao Powder Coloclysis on Patients with Ulcerative Colitis

Objective To approach the clinical effect of mesalazine combined with traditional chinese enema on pateints with ulcerative colitis （UC） . Methods Forty-two UC patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, 21 cases in each group, the former group was accepted mesalazine therapy, the later group was treated with mesalazine and yunnanbaiyao powder retention enema, the serum levels of C reactive protein （CRP） and tumor necrosis factor-α （TNF-α） were tested by rate nephelometry and elisa respectively, colonoscopy and colon tissue HE staining were undertook before and after treatment. Results The clinical symptoms relief, serum CPR and TNF-α levels and colonic pathological damages were improved significantly after treatment in two groups, the total effective rate was 95.23% in treatment group, which had significant difference comparing with that in control group （76.2%, P〈0.05） . Conclusion The therapy of mesalazine combined with yunnanbaiyao powder retention enema can effectively lesson inflammation, reduce intestinal pathological damage and relieve clinical symptoms of patients with UC, which is worth for generalization in clinic.
