纤维胆道镜对肝胆管结石取石效果分析

目的探讨纤维胆道镜在肝胆管结石术患者中的应用价值。方法选择45例患者使用纤维胆道镜取石术,并与常规胆囊切除胆道探查肝叶切除,"T"管引流术,比较两组患者手术效果以及所发生的并发症。结果观察组发生结石残留、结石复发、再次手术的比率分别为13.3%,15.6%,8.9%,对照组发生结石残留、结石复发、再次手术的比率分别为55.6%,73.3%,35.6%,观察组发生结石残留、结石复发、再次手术的比率均显著低于对照组(P<0.05),两组发生发热、腹泻、胰腺炎的比率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论纤维胆道镜取石术具有微创、术后恢复快、结石取出率高等优点,且其术后并发症较少,能有效提高肝内外胆管结石的治愈率。

Effect Analysis of Fiber Choledochoscope for Intrahepatic Bile Duct Stones Stone

Objective To investigate the effect analysis of iber choledochoscope for intrahepatic bile duct stones stone.Methods 45 cases using fiber choledochofiberscop and conventional cholecystectomy biliary tract exploration hepatectomy,＂ T＂ tube drainage,compared two groups of patients with operation.Results The observation group occurrence of residual stones recurrence,again operation rate were respectively 13.3%,15.6%,8.9%,control group occurred residual stones,stone recurrence,again operation rate were respectively 55.6%,73.3%,35.6%,the observation group occurrence of residual stones,stone recurrence,again operation rate were significantly lower than control group（P0.05）,two groups of the occurrence of fever,diarrhea,pancreatitis ratio difference had no statistical significance（P0.05）.Conclusion The choledochofiberscope surgery is minimally invasive,rapid postoperative recovery,stone removal rate is high and the less post-operative complications can improve the cure rate of extrahepatic bile duct stones.
