| 摘 要： | 目的观察探讨低位直肠癌的保肛手术的疗效。方法选取我院2009年5月至2011年5月64例低位直肠癌的患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,各32例,观察比较两组治疗效果。结果观察组总有效率为90.7%(29/32),对照组总有效率为71.9%(23/32),两组疗效比较差异显著(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论低位直肠癌的保肛手术的疗效确切,直肠癌前侧切除术更占有优势。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the anus preserved operation for low rectal carcinoma efficacy. Methods In our hospital from 2009 May to2011 May, 64 cases with low rectal cancer patients, were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, in all 32 cases, were compared between the two groups, treatment effect. Results In the study group, the total effective rate was 90.7% （29/32） , the control group total effective rate was 71.9% （23/32） , comparison of the two groups had significant difference （P〈0.05） , with statistical significance. Conclusion Low rectal cancer anus preserving operation for rectal cancer the curative effect. |
