常用消毒剂对流感病毒的杀灭效果研究

摘    要:为了解我国市场上常用消毒剂对禽流感病毒的杀灭效果,试验用H3N2 型流感病毒作为指标病毒,采用悬液定量方法,比较测试了 10种消毒剂的杀灭病毒能力。结果发现, 各消毒剂杀灭流感病毒的最低剂量差异很大。杀灭 99. 99%以上的病毒,需要 50mg/L的过氧乙酸、250mg/L二氧化氯、75%的乙醇、250mg/L的碘伏、2000mg/L苯扎氯铵,分别作用 1min;含有效氯 400mg/L二氯海因作用 3min, 300mg/L次氯酸钠、400mg/L二氯异氰尿酸钠,作用 5min; 500mg/L氯化磷酸三钠、200mg/L戊二醛,分别作用 10min。由此可见,高、中、低效消毒剂,均可有效杀灭流感病毒。

Abstract:In order to study the avian influenza virus inactivation effect of common disinfectants on Chinese market, H 3N 2-type influenza virus as an indicator and suspension quantitative inactivation test were used in this study. The virus inactivation effects of ten kinds of disinfectant were compared. The results showed that virus inactivation dosages of disinfectants were very different. To get higher than 99.99% virus killing rate, the contact time needed was longer than one minute with 50 mg/L peracetic acid, 250 mg/L chlorine dioxide, 75% ethanol, 250 mg/L iodophor and 0.2% benzalkonium chloride; 3 minutes with 400 mg/L 1,3-dichloro-5,5- dimethylhydantoin; 5 minutes with 300 mg/L sodium hypochlorite and 400 mg/L sodium dichloroisocyanurate; 10 minutes with 500 mg/L chlorinated trisodium phosphate and 200 mg/L glutaraldehyde. The results of the tests indicated that all kinds of the disinfectant on Chinese market could inactivate avian influenza virus.
