氯氮平引起脑电图改变与临床的关系

摘    要:目的:探讨氯氮平引起脑电图的改变与临床的关系。方法:对280例单用氯氮平治疗的精神分裂症患者进行服药前后脑电图(EEG)检查和临床疗效总评量表(CGI)测定,并对EEG改变与临床相关因素进行探讨。结果:氯氮平引起EEG改变率为90.4%,EEG异常改变与性别、病程、亚型、剂量无关,与疗效有关,改变程度与治疗效果密切相关,改变愈明显,疗效愈好。结论:氯氮平引起脑电图改变显示了药物在大脑皮导台的作用和

Abstract:Objective:To study the electroencephalographical (EEG) changes in schizophrenic patients on clozapine and their clinical relevance. Method:Pre and post treatment electroencephalogram and ratings with the clinical global impression scale (CGI) were conducted in 280 schizophrenic patients on monotherapy with clozapine. Results:The rate of EEG changes in patients who received clozapine was 90 4%. There was positive association between the change in EEG and treatment outcome, i.c. the more prominent the EEG changes the better the clinical outcome. However, the EEG change was not significantly related with subjects' gender, course and type of illness, and dosage of clozapine. Conclusion:The study of EEG pattern in patients treated with clozapine helps in the understanding of the effect of this medication on the brain cortex. Further rescarch in this area is required.
