出血性脑梗死的CT诊断与临床分析

摘    要:目的通过探讨出血性脑梗死的CT影像学表现与临床特点,提高对本病的认识。方法回顾分析70例经CT证实的出血性脑梗死患者的CT影像学及临床表现。结果缺血性脑梗死继发出血转变多发生于起病4 d至2周,CT表现为低密度梗死区内散在斑片状、团块状、脑回状高密度影,以非血肿型占多数(78.6%)。结论 CT检查能及时发现出血性脑梗死,明确出血部位及范围,是临床早期诊断、合理治疗、减少病死率及后遗症发生率的重要手段。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the CT imaging features and clinical characteristics of hemorrhagic infarction.Methods CT imaging and clinical findings of 70 patients with CT-confirmed hemorrhagic infarction were retrospectively reviewed.Results Hemorrhagic transformation of ischemic stroke occurred mainly in the period of 4 days to 2 weeks after the onset of stroke.Patchy,massive,or gyrate hyperdensity within the hypodensity infarcted lesion was present on CT image.Most of hemorrhagic transformation was the non-hematoma type(78.6%).Conclusion CT scan could detect the hemorrhagic infarction promptly,superior for the detection of the size and extent of the hemorrhagic lesion.CT scan was an important and helpful method for the early clinical diagnosis,proper treatment,and the reduction in mortality and sequelae of stroke patients.
