脑胶质瘤病的临床诊治体会

目的 探讨脑胶质瘤病(GC)的诊断和治疗方法.方法 回顾性分析1994年1月至2008年1月我院收治的7例GC患者的临床资料,结合国内外文献分析讨论.结果 本组经综合治疗后早期症状改善5例,无变化1例,病情加重1例,自首发症状起平均生存期17个月.结论 MRI和MRS检查对GC诊断有较大意义,确诊需依靠病理学检查;综合利用手术、放疗和化疗,可能对延长其生存期及提高GC患者生存质量有一定帮助.

Clinical experience of diagnosis and treatment of gliomatosis cerebfi

Objective To explore the diagnosis and treatment of gliomatosis cerebri(GC).Methods The clinical documents of 7 cases of GC between January 1994 to January 2008 in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed and related literature were reviewed.Results Through our comprehensive therapy,the early symptoms were alleviated in 5 cases,not changed and aggravated in 1 case respectively.The mean survival time was 17 months since initial symptoms occurred.Conclusion MRI and MRS are helpful in the diagnosis of GC,however the confirmed diagnosis should depend on pathological examination.Comprehensive treatment,including surgery,radiotherapy and chemotherapy,might be helpful in prolonging survival time and improving the quality of life for the patients with GC.
