| 摘 要： | 本文用琼脂扩散法测定了79例各类肝病患者血浆纤维结合蛋白(Fibronectin, Fn)的水平,与62名正常对照者比较,发现各类肝病患者血浆Fn均低于正常,尤其肝炎后肝硬化最明显。作者分析了肝病时血浆Fn下降的原因,探讨了其临床意义。

| Abstract: | With the agar diffusion technic, we detemined the level of plasma fibroaectin(Fn in 79 patients suffered from a variety of hepatic diseases. These were compared with those of 62 normal controls. It was found that all the levels of plasma Fn in patients of various hepatic diseases were below the normal level. Among them, the lowering of plasma Fn in posthepatitis cirrhosis was especially obvious. The cases of plasma Fn decrease in hepatic disease and its clinical significance were discussed. |
