| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨成人急性髓细胞系白血病（AML）三色流式细胞术免疫分型特点及AML抗原表达规律.方法：采用CD45/侧散射（SSC）双参数散点图设门方法对156例成人AML进行三色流式细胞术免疫表型分析.结果：156例AML主要表达CD117（90.4%）、CD13（87.2%）、CD33（71.8%）、CD34（64.7%）、HLA-DR（60.9%）.34.0%的AML患者伴有淋系抗原表达,最常见为CD7（24.4%）.结论：流式细胞仪三色荧光标记法进行AML免疫分型,对白血病的准确分型诊断、发生发展和预后判断有重要的指导意义.

| Abstract: | Aim: To evaluate the specificity of three-color flow cytometry used in the immunophenotyping in adult patients with acute myeloid leukemia(AML). Methods: Immunophenotyping was performed by three-color flow cytometry using CD45/SSC gating. Results: In 156 patients with AML,the positively expressed antigens were mainly CD117( 90.4%),CD13(87.2%) ,CD33(71.8%),CD34(64.7%),and HLA-DR(60.9%). Lymphoid-associated antigens expressed in 34.0% of the AML patients,among which,CD7 expressed in 24.4% of the AML patients.Conclusion: Three-color flow cytometry is important during diagnosis, and judging the development and prognosis of AML. |
