甲氯芬酯与氟西汀单用合用与氟西汀单用治疗脑梗死后抑郁的疗效比较

目的：比较甲氯芬酯合用氟西汀与单用氟西汀治疗脑梗死后抑郁的疗效。方法：将48例脑梗死后抑郁的病人分为2组,甲氯芬酯合用氟西汀组(简称合用组)25例[男性12例,女性13例,年龄(74±s 7)a],给氟西汀胶囊20 mg,po,qd×6 wk,同时加用甲氯芬酯,用法为d 1～14针剂300 mg,iv,gtt,qd,d 15起改用胶囊200 mg,po,tid,总给药6 wk,氟西汀组23例[男性9例,女性14例,年龄(74±8)a],给氟西汀胶囊20 mg,po,qd×6 wk,应用HAMD及NFD评分评定疗效。结果：治疗后合用组抑郁症状改善总有效率为84%,氟西汀组为74%,2组比较差异无显著意义(P＞0.05)。合用组神经功能康复总有效率为80%,氟西汀组为65%,2组比较差异无显著意义(P＞0.05)。结论：甲氯芬酯合用氟西汀治疗脑梗死后抑郁及神经功能改善的疗效与单用氟西汀近似。

Meclofenoxate combined with fluoxetine vs fluoxetine alone in treatment of depression after cerebral infarction

AIM:To compare the effects of meclofenoxate combined with fluoxetine and fluoxetine alone in the treatment of depression after cerebral infarction.METHODS:Forty-eight patients with depression after cerebral infarction were divided into two groups.Meclofenoxate combined with fluoxetine group of 25 patients (M 12,F 13;age(74±s 7)a)received fluoxetine 20 mg,po,qd for 6 wk and d 1-14,meclofenoxate injection 300 mg,iv,gtt,qd,and after 2 wk altered for meclofenoxate capsule 200 mg,po,tid,with total treatment for 6 wk. Fluoxetine alone group of 23 patients(M 9,F 14;age(74±8)a)received fluoxetine 20 mg,po,qd for 6 wk. Effects were evaluated with HAMD and NFD.RESULTS:The total clinical effective rates in the treatment of de- pression were 84% and 74% for meclofenoxate combined with fluoxetine group and fluoxetine alone group respectively.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P＞0.05).Furthermore the total clinical effective rates of the recoveries of neurological function were 80% and 65% for meclofenoxate combined with fluoxetine group and for fluoxetine alone group respectively.There was also no significant difference between two the groups(P＞0.05).CONCLUSION:The effects of meclofenoxate combined with fluoxetine in the treatment of depression and recover of neurological function are same to that of fluoxetine alone.
