46例平板运动试验假阳性假阴性原因分析

探讨平板运动试验 (TET)假阳性 ,假阴性的原因。方法　选择本院 1997～ 1999临床拟诊冠心病均行TET及冠状动脉造影 (CAG)的住院患者 2 78例。结果　假阳性 (TET阳性而CAG阴性 ) 32例 ,其中植物神经功能紊乱、11例 ,高血压病 9例 ,糖尿病 6例 ,其它疾病 6例。假阴性 (TET阴性而CAG阳性 ) 14例。其中冠脉单支病变 12例 ,双支和三支病变各 1例。结论　TET如能排除植物神经功能紊乱 ,高血压病、糖尿病等因素的影响 ,对提高诊断冠心病的准确性有较高的价值。

Analysis of False Positive and False Negative Results on 46 Cases of Tr eadmill Exercise Test

Objective To study the causes of false positive and false negative results on 46 case of treadmill exercise test(TET).Method During 1997～1999,TET was performed before coronary angiography(CAG) in 278 subjects admitted into hospital because of the suspicion of coronary heart disease.Results 32 patients have false positive results(positive result in TET,but negative in CAG),including 11 with autonomic imbalance,9 with hypertension,6 with diabetes and 6 with other disease.While 14 patients have false negative results(negative result in TET,but positive in CAG),including 12 with one branch of coronary artery process,2 with two and three branches process respectively.Conclusions Excluding influence of autonomic imbalance,hypertension,diabetes etc,TET will have high value for diagnosing coronary heart disease more accurately.
