三面皮质骨椎体间植骨联合内固定治疗腰椎滑脱症的疗效分析

目的 评价三面皮质骨联合RF内固定治疗腰椎滑脱症的远期疗效。方法 回顾性研究51例接受三面皮质骨联合椎弓根内固定系统治疗的腰椎滑脱患者，经2～5年的随访，并进行问卷调查，结合症状、体征、日常生活情况、移像学检查及并发症发生情况进行分析。结果 51例患者获得完整随访47例68间隙，JOA评分标准，改善率为87．2％。满意率为95.7％；平均一期植骨融合率为98.5％，平均复位率98．5％，1年后椎间植骨均达到骨性融合，未见明显的椎间高度及复位丢失情况。结论 后路诚压充分，三面皮质骨，提供即刻与长期的稳定性，符合人体生物力学原理，横突间植骨，重建后路稳定性，椎弓根系统提供坚强三维内固定，临床疗效显著。是一种理想的治疗腰椎滑脱的方法。

The Clinical Result of Three-face-os Integumentale Intervertebral Body Fusion and Pedicle Screw Fixation System for Spondylolisthes

Objective To evaluate the prostecdtiive efficary clinical result posterior lumbar intervertebral body fusion and pedicle screw fixation system fnr spondylolisthes. Methods A retrospective study of 51 cases patients that accepted three-faee-os integumentale intervertebral body fusion and pedicle serew fixation system for spondylolisthes, following up 2 to 5 years, according questionnaire investigation and combining the analysis the symptom,physical signs, daily life conditions, imageology examination and complications. Results Fourty-seven eases and 68 interspace were gained eomlete folloe-up, aceording to JOA score standard, the improvement rate was 87.2%, satisfaction rate was 95.7%, and the average first-period bone graft fusiou rate was 98.5% ,the average anatomical reduction rate was 98.5%, one year laler, all the cases achieved bony fusion, No instrument fuilure was found, no vertebra spathe height and reduction lost. Conclusion Posterior lumbar interbody fusion and three-face os intergumentale offered instantly and long term stabillty,complete decompression,the recovery of constructive properties and stability of spine can obtained,and consistent with human body biomechanics principle, intertransver fusion rebuilded posterior lumbar stability, and pedicle acrew fixation system offerd strong three dimensional interal fixation, so this approach is very good.
