人脂肪干细胞在骨组织工程中应用的研究进展

摘    要:大面积骨缺损的修复一直是临床面临的难题。近年来,干细胞和骨组织工程研究的不断深人,为临床骨缺损的修复提供了新的思路。脂肪干细胞(Adipose—derivedstemcell,ADSC)由于来源丰富且容易获取,体内、外实验均证实其能分化形成骨样组织,已成为骨组织工程的重要的种子细胞来源。本文就hADSC的免疫表型、体内成骨、成骨分化的调控及骨形态发生蛋白2(Bonemorphogenetic protein-2,BMP2)对hADSC成骨分化的影响进行综述。
