摘 要: | 聚乳酸(Polylactic acid,PLA)及其聚羟基乙酸共聚物Poly(D,L—lactic—co—glycolic)acid]是一种生物相容性良好的可降解生物材料,具有支架和缓释的双重作用,目前针对性的研究主要集中于组织工程学和药学领域。本文对PLA/PLGA共聚物的代谢特征、降解机制,以及在组织工程中的应用等方面进行综述。

Abstract: | Polylactic acid(PLA) and Poly(D,L-lactic-co-glycolic) acid are biodegradable materials with good biocompatibility.Because of the double-action of scaffold and slow-release,it is mainly researched in tissue engineering and pharmacy field.In this article,the metabolic characteristics,mechanism of degradation and the application of PLA/PLGA in tissue engineering are reviewed. |
