| 摘 要： | 目的研究深冷处理对钴铬合金烤瓷冠金瓷结合力的影响。方法将15个钴铬合金试件随机分为对照组(C)、烤瓷前深冷组(E1)、烤瓷后深冷组(E2)分别进行处理,采用平行界面剪切实验测定各组的金瓷结合力。结果对照组、烤瓷前深冷组及烤瓷后深冷组金瓷结合剪切强度分别为(33.20±0.64)MPa,(32.94±2.00)MPa,(36.69±1.81)MPa。烤瓷后深冷组金瓷结合力与其他两组存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论烤瓷后对试件进行深冷处理可提高金瓷结合强度。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effects of cryogenic treatment on the bond strength of porcelain fused to Co-Cr alloy.Methods 15 samples were divided into three groups,including the control group(C),the pre-cryogenic treatment group(E1)and post-cryogenic treatment group(E2).Shear tests were performed in a universal testing machine.Results The mean shear bond strength values were(33.20±0.64)MPa,(32.94±2.00)MPa,and(36.69±1.81)MPa.The one-way ANOVA showed E2 was different from C and E1(P<0.05).Conclusion The results suggested that the bond strength could be improved by post-cryogenic treatment. |
