| 摘 要： | 目的探讨捏脊疗法治疗小儿厌食症的可能机理。方法病因模拟法制作幼龄厌食大鼠模型，用捏脊、中药、捏脊与中药联合治疗，观测捏脊疗法对小儿厌食症动物模型大鼠体重、食量、尿D-木糖排泄量的影响。结果与模型组比较，各治疗组较模型组体重和食量改善，各治疗组尿D-木糖排泄量明显增加。结论捏脊疗法在一定程度上可防治小儿厌食症，其可能作用机制与改善小肠的吸收功能有关。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the effect of chiropractic on appetite and D - xylose excretory content and its mechanism in rats of anorexia. Methods To observe the effect of chiropractic on appetite , weight, D - xylose excretory content in rats of anorexia. Results After treatment, the amount of food intake and weight of treatment group were improved much better than those of model group . D - xylose excretory content was increased in treatment groups . Conclusion Chiropractic is effective on child anorexia and the mechanism may be related with improving the intestinal absorption. |
