| 摘 要： | 目的:观察平喘安肺汤联合西药治疗慢性阻塞性肺病急性发作的临床疗效。方法:80例慢性阻塞性肺病急性发作患者,随机分为治疗组、对照组各40例。对照组给予控制感染、祛痰、解痉平喘、气雾疗法等;治疗组在对照组基础上加用平喘安肺汤治疗。2组均7d为1疗程。结果:治疗组显效30例,有效6例,无效4例,有效率90.0%。对照组显效23例,有效6例,无效11例,有效率72.5%。两组相比,P<0.05,差异有显著性。结论:平喘安肺汤联合西药治疗慢性阻塞性肺病急性发作有较好的临床疗效。
