| 摘 要： | 目的 制备并观察复方氢醌霜治疗黄褐斑的临床疗效和安全性。方法 采用随机、双盲、平行对照方法。将 6 0例患者随机分为两组 ,治疗组外用复方氢醌霜 ,对照组外用 0 .0 2 5 %维A酸霜。结果 复方氢醌霜组的疗效优于 0 .0 2 5 %维A酸霜组 ,有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 复方氢醌霜疗效好 ,安全性高 ,是治疗黄褐斑的理想方法之一。

| Abstract: | Objective To prepare and observe the clinical efficacy and safety of the compound hydrochinone cream in the treatment of chloasma.Methods A randomized,double-blindness and parallel controlled clinical studies were conducted. 60 cases were randomly divided into two groups. The trerapied group received compound hydrochinone cream, and the compared group received tretinoin cream for 3 months. Results The effect of compound hydrochinone cream was significantly better than that of tretinoin cream (P<0.05). Conclusion Compound hydrochinone cream is effective, safe and it is an ideal therapy for chloasma. |
