感染早期行快速肺炎支原体培养探讨

目的 探讨在肺炎支原体（mycoplasma pneumoniae,MP）感染早期行快速支原体培养（mycoplasma pneumoniae rapid culture）能否提高培养阳性率.方法 以我院2011年3月~2012年12月门诊5~13岁800例有发热或（和）咳嗽症状等疑似肺炎支原体感染的病程在1周内的患儿为研究对象.按病程分成实验组和对照组,实验组383例病程在3d内就诊时立即行快速支原体培养,待治疗4d后行支原体IgM抗体检查;对照组417例病程在3d以上就诊时行快速支原体培养,待病程满1周时行肺炎支原体IgM检查.实验组和对照组均以肺炎支原体抗体IgM1：80为感染阳性标准.结果 实验组IgM阳性167例,培养阳性63例.对照组IgM阳性156例,培养阳性34例.结论 对5岁以上患儿有疑似支原体感染临床症状者早期行快速支原体培养能提高培养阳性率,更有利于指导临床治疗.

Investigation of the rapid culture of mycoplasma pneumonia in the early stage of MP infection

Objective To explore the effect of rapid culture of mycoplasma pneumonia in the early stage of MP infection.Methods 800 outpatients（5~13 years old） with fever or（and） cough symptoms suspected MP infection of the course of a week were selected in our hospital from Mar 2011 to Dec 2012.According to the course of disease,800 patients were divided into experimental group and control group.Experimental group of the course of 3 days applied rapid culture of mycoplasma pneumonia and tested MP-IgM after 4 days treatment.Control group（the course over 3 days） were carried rapid culture of mycoplasma pneumonia at the begining of treatment and tested MP-IgM after the course of 1 week.MP infection standard was MPIgM1：80.Results In experimental group,167 cases were IgM positive and 63 cases were culture positive.In control group,156 cases were IgM positive and 34 cases were culture positive.Conclusion Children above 5 years old with the clinical symptoms of suspected mycoplasma infection in the early course of disease,applied rapid culture of mycoplasma pneumonia may improve the positive rate and have more conductive guides to clinical treatment.
