自制组织芯片研究p16蛋白在非小细胞肺癌中的表达及意义

摘    要:目的 探讨p16基因蛋白在非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)中的表达及意义.方法 采用自制组织微列阵(组织芯片)和免疫组织化学SP法研究p16蛋白在非小细胞肺癌组织、正常肺组织中的基因表达情况.结果 p16蛋白在NSCLC中的阳性表达率为51.66%(31/60),在正常肺组织中阳性表达率为80.00%(16/20),P<0.05.肺鳞癌p16的阳性表达率为31.03%(9/29),肺腺癌阳性表达率为70.96%(22/31),P<0.05.结论 p16蛋白在非小细胞肺癌的发生与发展过程中发挥了重大作用.p16蛋白的表达与非小细胞肺癌组织的病理类型有关.

Expression and significance of p16 protein in non-small cell lung cancer by homemade tissue microarray

Abstract:Objective To investigate the expression and significance of p16 in non-small cell lung cancer. Methods Used the homemade tissue microarray and the immunohistochemical SP method to study the expression of p16 protein in non- small cell lung cancer tissues and normal lung tissues. Results The positive expression rate of p16 protein was 51.66% (31/60) in NSCLC tissues, while 80.00% (16/20) in normal lung tissues (P〈0.05). The positive expression rate of p16 protein was 31.03% (9/29) in squamous carcinoma tissues of lung, while 70.96% (22/31) in lung adenocarcinoma tissues (P〈0.05). Conclusion p16 protein play an important role in the development of NSCLC. The expression of p16 in NSCLC was closely related to histological type.
