C反应蛋白水平检测在诊断新生儿细菌性脑膜炎中的应用

目的 探讨C反应蛋白水平检测在诊断新生儿细菌性脑膜炎中的应用价值,为临床诊治提供参考.方法 选取我院新生儿科收治的32例急性细菌性脑膜炎新生儿为观察组,选取同期于我院住院治疗的15例病毒性脑膜炎新生儿为对照组,对比两组患儿脑脊液细胞数、脑脊液蛋白及血清C反应蛋白检测结果,同时对比两组患儿治疗前后C反应蛋白水平变化情况.结果 观察组患儿脑脊液细胞数为（1.572±1.364）×106/L,脑脊液蛋白为（2.51±1.63）g/L,血清C反应蛋白为（96.83±89.55）mg/L,均显著高于对照组（P＜0.05）.经过规范治疗后,观察组患儿C反应蛋白水平显著低于治疗前（P＜0.05）,两组患儿治疗后C反应蛋白水平无统计学差异（P＞0.05）.结论 治疗新生儿细菌性脑膜炎时,监测其C反应蛋白水平变化,能够对临床抗感染药物的选择、疗程的制定以及疾病预后的判断提供一定依据.

The significance of detecting C reactive protein levels in the diagnosis of neonate bacterial meningitis

Objective To investigate the value of C reactive protein detection in the diagnosis of neonatal bacterial meningitis and provide the reference for the clinical diagnosis and treatment.Methods 32 neonates with acute bacterial meningitis were selected in our hospital as observation group,15 children of viral meningitis during the period were selected in our hospital as control group.Compared the number of cells in cerebrospinal fluid,protein in cerebrospinal fluid and serum C reactive protein changes of two groups at the same time,contrasted C reactive protein before and after treatment in two groups.Results The number of cells in cerebrospinal fluid in observation group was（1.572±1.364）×106/L,cerebrospinal fluid protein was（2.51±1.63）g/L,C reactive protein in the serum was（96.83±89.55）mg/L,they were significantly higher than those in control group（P0.05）.After standard treatment,C reactive protein level in observation group was significantly lower than that before treatment（P0.05）,there was no statistically significant difference of C reactive protein level between the two groups after treatment（P0.05）.Conclusion In the treatment of neonatal bacterial meningitis,monitoring the changes of C reactive protein,can provide the basis for the choice of clinical anti infection,the course of development and the prognosis of the disease.
