B超诊断重复异位妊娠的临床意义

报告5例重复异位妊娠(Repeated Ectopic Pregnancy REP)。B超诊断与临床、手术和病理符合。对B超诊断早期重复异位妊娠,运用调节仪器STC和B超追踪观察是行之有效的方法。分析典型和非典型REP声像图表现,提出了曾患异位妊娠(Ectopic Pregnancy EP)者再次B超检查时,应高度重视REP。准确、及时的B超诊断,对手术抢救或保守治疗病人,具有较为重要的临床意义。

The Clinical Significance of Diagnosing Repeated Ectopic Pregnancy by B Mode Ultrasound

Five cases of repeated ectopic Pregnancy are reported. B Mode ultrasound diagnosis accords with the clinic, operation and pathologic diagnosis. To diagnose the early repeated ectopic pregnancy by B Mode ultrasound, it is an effective way to use the regulator STC and have a tracing observation by B Mode ultrasound. Both the typical and non - typical cases of repeated ectopic pregnanancy' s ultrasonagram are analysed, and a view is pointed out that those who had ectopic pregnancy should be paid much attention to repeated ectoic pregnancy when they have another ultrasonography. The accurate and promptly diagnosis by B Mode ultrasound is of great clinical significance for saving the patients by operation and conservative treatment.
