| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨中老年心肌梗死合并2型糖尿病患者的冠状动脉造影特点。方法 对比分析159例2型糖尿病合并心肌梗死患者（糖尿病组）和193例心肌梗死不合并糖尿病患者（未合并糖尿病组）的冠状动脉造影结果。结果 与未合并糖尿病患者比较，糖尿病患者非ST段抬高性心肌梗死发生率增多（P〈0．05）。糖尿病组三支病变和双支病变发生率明显增高，单支病变发生率明显低于未合并糖尿病组（P〈0．01）。糖尿病组左主干病变和弥漫性病变血管支数均高于未合并糖尿病组（P〈0．05和P〈0．01）。结论 中老年2型糖尿病合并心肌梗死患者冠状动脉病变复杂严重。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the angiography characteristics of coronary artery lesions in middle and old aged type 2 diabetes mellitus(DM)patients with myocardial infarction(MI). Methods The angiography results of 193 DM patients with MI and 159 MI patients without DM were compared. Results The DM patients suffered more from non-ST elevation MI than the patients without DM(P<0.05). The DM patients suffered more from multi-vessel lesions(P<0.01),left main stem and diffuse lesions(P<0.05 or <0.01). Conclusions Complicated coronary artery lesion is more common in middle and old age type 2 DM patients with MI. |
