缺血性脑血管病调脂治疗的颈动脉超声变化

目的探讨调脂治疗对缺血性脑血管病（ICVD）患者颈动脉斑块的影响.方法78例有颈动脉粥样硬化斑块的ICVD患者随机分为血脂康组和对照组：血脂康组口服血脂康及阿司匹林6个月,对照组仅口服阿司匹林.观察治疗前后颈动脉内-中膜厚度（IMT）、血流阻力指数（RI）及血脂、血清一氧化氮（NO）、氧化低密度脂蛋白（ox-LDL）浓度的变化.结果治疗后,血脂康组血胆固醇（TC）、低密度脂蛋白（LDL-C）、甘油三酯（TG）和ox-LDL水平比治疗前明显下降,NO和HDL-C水平明显升高（均P〈0.01）;颈动脉IMT及RI减小,与对照组比较差异有显著性（P〈0.05）.结论调脂治疗对ICVD具有保护血管内皮及稳定动脉粥样硬化斑块的作用.

Ultrasonography of carotid artery on lipids-modulating therapy in patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease

Objective To investigate the influence of lipids-modulating therapy on carotid atherosclerosis in patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease(ICVD).Methods We randomly divided 78 patients into 2 groups: the Xuezhikang(XZK) group(received XZK and aspirin),and the control group(only received aspirin).The intima-midia thickness(IMT) and the resistant index(RI) of carotid artery,the levels of blood lipids,oxidized low density lipoprotein cholesterol(ox-LDL) and serum nitric oxide(NO) were measured before and after the study.Cerebrovascular events in the two groups were compared.Results After 6 months,the total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDLC) and ox-LDL concentrations decreased significantly in XZK group,accompanied by the high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C) and NO increased significantly(P<0.01).The IMT of and RI of carotid artery reduced(P<0.05).Cerebrovascular events showed no significantly difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion It is indicated that lipids-modulating therapy effectively protect vascular endothelial,inhibits peroxide of lipids,and stabilizes the carotid atherosclerosis plaque.
