安全输血的关键在医院

目的调查了解本地区医院输血工作的现状,为安全输血提供建议。方法以《中华人民共和国献血法》、《医疗机构用血管理办法》、《临床输血技术规范》、《医院感染管理规范》等为依据,设计调查表,下发到医院调查,统计分析。结果各级医院血库管理及临床输血技术存在较大差距,输血安全存在较大隐患,大量的输血风险产生于临床。结论加强输血科建设和人员培训,提高输血科工作人员中医生的比例,同时使临床医生真正掌握输血相关知识是保证临床输血安全的重要措施。

Hospital Is the Key to Safe Blood Transfusion

Object Investigate the status of blood transfusion in hospitals to provide measures for safe blood transfusion. Method According to"Blood Donor Law of People Republic of China","Blood Use Management Procedure in Medical Agen- cy","Clinical Blood Transfusion Technological Standard","Hospital Infection Management Standard",and so on,questionnaire was designed and provided to hospital,the result was analyzed.Result There were great difference in blood bank management and clinical blood transfusion technology in different level hospitals.There was superior flaw in blood transfusion safety,and great of blood transfusion hazard came from clinic.Conclusion Strengthening the construction of blood transfusion department and train- ing of staff,increasing the proportion of doctor in staff,and making clinical doctors really master relative knowledge of blood trans- fusion is one of important measures to ensure the clinical blood transfusion safety.
