| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨鼻内镜进路治疗筛窦良性肿瘤的有效方法。方法 经鼻内镜治疗筛窦囊肿7例，骨化纤维瘤3例，腺瘤1例，骨瘤2例。结果 手术均顺利完成，随访0．4～5年，愈后较好未出现复发。结论 与鼻外进路治疗筛窦良性肿瘤相比，鼻内进路治疗有较明显优势，可以在一定条件下推广使用。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the efficacy of excision for benign neoplasms in ethmoid sinuses under nasal endoscope. Methods Various benign neoplasms from ethmoid sinuses were removed under nasal endoscope,these were 7 cysts,3 cases of osteofibroma,1 adenoma and 2 cases of osteoma. Results All operations were accomplished successfully,and followed with a 0.4-5 year-follow-up,no recurrences were observed.Conclusions Endoscopic surgery for these neoplasms is greatly superior to external approaches,which can be applied. |
